Our director Jim Penman’s venture in jumping castles and party hire began in 2020, when John and Vanessa Grant approached Jim with the business idea. John and Vanessa had previously owned and operated an extremely successful jumping castle business for 12 years before they sold it.
Jim has put in place well-established business practices and customer service principles since 1989, so he combined his knowledge with John and Vanessa’s vision. Together they created a business model for Jim’s Jumping Castle and Party Hire in 2010, and launched the division in 2021.
